Theme without jailbreaking?
I was forced to restore my ipjhone to latest 3.1.3 by iTunes (got stuck on boot logo).
New bootrom. I didn't take a ssh backup. So j guess I'm stuck for a while without jb.
I'm already craving foe some new themes. Any themes I can install without jb?

nope only customization that apple lets u do is change lockscreen pic

i updated my iphone 3gs to 3.1.3
how can i solve this problem ?

You cant do much of anything now except a full restore i believe
