Help creating icon

I am trying to create an icon, but I have a lot to learn and can't figure it out. While I'm learning, could someone help me out? All I want is to create an icon for an app called paperless to replace the wmp icon I have for a dock icon now. I need this:

to look like this:

I hate asking, but so many people here have been so helpful, when I learn this stuff I'll be sure to contribute myself. Thanks

I don't really get you here, are you asking for that leaf icon to be changed to the WMP Logo while still keeping the original icon "rounded square" ?

What I need is the leaf icon to be the same size and position as the wmp icon so I can get it placed correctly on my dock. I'll try to post a screenshot. Thanks

you may have to rename it to become the actually icon, contact me if anything needs changing with it

No bother, i wasn't sure on the size so I guessed, it looks as though it turned out well. I like it
