Android style sbssettings theme.

I don't know if it's possible, but I wanted an sbsettings theme that looked more accurately like the notification pull down on Android. There are a few attempts out there, but none with the white background or the perfect layout.

Is it even possible to move around the way the toggles line up? The more I could have it look like my attached pic the better.

Any help at all would be appreciated !!

updated with my attempt at making a background. however, i dont really know how
all the sbsettings files work together.

Just added some of the bottom button but left all the toggle icons blank. matches up pretty well, but how do I change the font color to black or dark grey?

Does anyone visit these forums anymore lol?
