Default How to remove loading screens from theme

Hi all, I apologize if this has been asked before but I was not able to find anything in here or on the web for that matter.

I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the loading screens I have on my custom theme (Carbon blue, GOC Pro, etc.) via SSH (or maybe another method) because I feel that it slows those applications down a bit.

For example, every time I want to use the camera I have to wait for the loading screen to clear, and there seems to be a bit of lag immediately following. I have experimented and used themes that do not have loading screens and it seems to me that these move a bit faster. The only issue is that these themes do not look quite as nice as my complete, paid themes do.

It's Monday and I'm trying to get into the swing of things at work so hopefully I'm making sense. I would appreciate any help that someone may have....

The loading screen doesn't have anything to do with how fast the app loads, it is just that, a loading screen.

Well, I hear what you're saying but I guess what I want to say is that when you have a theme without the loading screens, you don't have to wait for the loading screen to clear before the app launches. I may not be the most knowledgeable here (obviously) but I did a test on my iPhone and the themes that launched the app without the ls did so immediately and in a more timely manner.

So, basically I asked the question the wrong way. I just want to remove the loading screen so that the app will load instead of having the loading screen graphic. Hope that makes sense....

I understand what you were saying. Again, they make no difference at all. But, if you want to remove them, navigate to var/stash themes***/GOC.theme/folders/ the "app name".app/ and remove default.png file

what he meant was whether you have custom loading screens or not, every app has a loading screen. Just most of them look like the app itself so it transitions better and you cant tell there was one.

And it doesn't take any longer to load, its just wont transition as nice, but you will know when the app is loading as apposed to seeing a screen that looks like the app but is the loading screen. This way you arnt there clicking the loading screen like wtf why is this not working, ect.

    hope that made sense lol
