What do people want in a theme?

Hey
I just finished creating my first ever theme,
(Which you can find a preview of here)
And I'm already excited to use my new-found knowledge to create my second, better, cleaner, more perfect theme.
What I need from modmyi as a community, is to know what you want in my new theme.
Do majority of people want an elegant 1 page theme?
Do you want black/white, or do you want alot of colour?
Do you want everything to be glossy, or everything to be matte?
I want to know, what does modmyi want, in my next theme?

well i gave my idea to someone else on this forum but they havnt used it it yet so be quick

my idea is out of the ordinary and im not really working on it. it uses smoothboard from cydia and a 3d room for the background. the ool bit is when you change pages it looks like you are spinning around the room anyway i have found one wallpaper that might just do it. it is a picture of a modern living room and the tv is a safari icon magazines on table are photos, stereo player to the side is ipod app etc etc. i threw together a quick beta but was incredibly slow on my friends 3gs so i started from scratch and have nothing now. if u like this idea let me know and i will send files

sounds like an interesting idea. But the problem i see is the icons staying where you want them to be using smoothboard. Im using smoothboard currently, and if you want icons in specific places on a bg image, it wont work too well due to smooth board being bale to be stopped 1/2 way between pages. And not to mention with smoothboard i dont think the page image changes until you come to a stop.(i dont have multiple images but the page indicator doesnt change until it stops, and im sure images follow same thing)


But using normal pages, having different views of a room from a stationary point that changes page to page sounds like a pretty cool idea. But the problem is, if you have 6pages for your springboard, and make the theme based off that. So you have 6 images that rotate in a 360 degree around a room. What happens to people with too many apps for 6 pages? or ones where 6 is way too much?


But having apps like safari on like a tv in the background and stuff might not work too well. I mean it would work if you only had stock apps + what ever else you had can put in places on the background. Like you have a transparent icon for safari for the tv. but have the page full of normal icons? might look weird.


great idea, but i think you would have to take the pics yourself to get it to work right. And needs a few other tweaks and could be a really nice theme.

I would like to see a theme for us people who use readers.
The font size in SMS is to small to read without my cheater glasses.
