Where to copy themes

I got a Jailbreaked ipod touch
with winterboard , but as i download here i got a problem ,beacuse i dont know how to get the data to my ipod corrctly

ok thx , ive read about cyberduck , is there software for windows too ?
beacuse i guess cyberduck wont work with windows...
well and the guide is useless as im not able to run the software :P
