Hi.

I noticed in many of the tutorial videos that there is a tool where u can actually see your phone layout on the PC. I reckon this is a online program that reads the files directly on the phone and displays them on the computer..

2 questions...

1. Any1 know what this application is called, and does it run on windows?

2. Is there an offline version that "fakes" OS and can show themes, adjust themes etc before u apply them to your actual phone?
