Editting Categories and/or CategoriesSB

I've run into a wall with my modding and I can't figure out the solution.

I'm currently modifying (extensively) justflikwalk's iVillain theme



and ran into an issue with CategoriesSB. I'm not sure whether it's Categories or CSB, but here is the problem:

I've tried adjusting the settings under Categories to show/hide dock, use/not use background, etc.. I can't seem to stretch the the Categories to full screen while showing the dock.

I'm hoping somebody knows the solution. I've started looking through the Categories.app folder but I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. Any help or suggestions appreciated!

Im not sure if hiding the dock extends the BG down to where you want it to be. If not, I made a simple BG that kind of looks like stacks that i use for categoriesSB.

Well, hiding the dock will extend it to the very bottom. Which is what I'm wanting. But - not have the dock hidden. Since it's possible for the app to go all the way to the bottom, there's gotta be a file that can be edited to make it happen, I'm just not sure where it's located - or if it's even accessible.
