    Default Wallpaper for Categories folder?

I know I have seen custom wallpapers for certain folders for categories, does anyone know how to do this? I have searched extensively and can't find an answer.

    Thanks!

Are you using Categories or CategoriesSB?

Well start using categoriesSB cause it's better ^_^
But anyways i believe you have to SSH into your applications folder and each category made creates a category001.app something that looks like that. Just open that folder and you'll see background.png and thats the background image so you could change it to your liking, but make sure to keep the dimensions if you want it to fit properly. Then enable backgroung image in caagories settings. Hope this helps

I'm using it and it seems to work perfectly for me, I haven't come across any big problems or any problems at all really.

Or if you are using a theme, then just make a folder (name it the same as the icon of your category), drop the background you want into it, and drop it in the "Folders" folder of your theme.

For example, if I wanted to theme my "Games" category this is what I would do...
    1) create a folder and name it "Games.app"

    2) Create (or find) the background I want for that category, and drop it into the Games.app folder.

    3) SSH into my phone, and go to the theme I am using, and drop the Games.app folder into the theme (inside the folder that is actually named "Folders").

    4) Now just respring and you are all set.

Please note that you can do this for any application or category. Also, if you are like me and change themes now and again, you can also just make a theme for the categories. If you want to go that route, then just make a second folder on your desk top, and name it whatever you like (say categories.theme if you like). Then follow the directions I gave above, but now you drop your Games.app folder into your Categories.them folder.

Once you have made folders and backgrounds for all of your categories, then just drop the Categories.theme folder into your Themes folder in your phone and activate it (remember to move it above any other theme in winterboard).

Wow thanks for the suggestions. The only problem is doing the above procedure didn't work.

I created a folder named "Folders" and inside put another folder called "Other.app" (The name of my category). Then I put a file called 'category001.png' and then SSH'd my theme into my themes folder. After respringing there was still no background on my category.

    Any ideas?

The background image needs to me named background.png not category001.png.

Close. It should actually be named "Default", without the quotes of coarse. Sorry about that, I should have had that in the first post.

Well, it works just fine for me, here's how I proceed :

    - I've create a folder named "Background Categories.theme"

    - Then, path should look like this : "Background Categories.theme\Folders\CategoryXXX.app"

    - Inside the "CategoryXXX.app", put your wallpaper named "background.png" (NO CAPSLOCK, even for .PNG !)

    - Put the "Background Categories.theme" folder in "/private/var/stash/Themes.XXXX"

    - Activate it on Winterboard

    - Enjoy
