App Icons wont change

just installed the Quab theme and i added some new icons to the "Icons" folder within Themes/Quab/Icons

but they arent showing up on my phone, i made sure that i put it in Icons folder and also spelled it correctly...

still cant find out why its not working though..

its still the old icon pic..

any ideas?

almost all the ones i tried to change myself
i downloaded the icons off the forum where people added more and then added to Icons folder in iphone via ssh but didnt work

i think i found the problem though
i deleted the springboard cache file
that made the icons that i changed blank...

now im downloading the icons via firefox instead google chrome for mac, becuase apparently chrome messes it up a bit
ill try it and see if it works..

If they used AppIconMask, AppIconOverlay, or AppIconShadow in their theme then none of the App Store Apps will change if your on 3.1.2 unless you delete the cache.........it's great if the maker of the theme wants to make it a pain to turn their theme off but it's also a pain whe you get like 3 emails a day about it and you either have to tell them to restore or learn how to ssh....yea 3 of my themes use all of those I didn't do it on purpose though....someone should figure out how to make a fix for this....
