theme making app

hey has anyone created an app where you can make themes on the run using just your iphone and the pictures that are on it? if someone has can someone post a link to get to it, and if they havent, why isnt there one? thanks guys..

HMMM, Not to sure this would be possible. Most themers use Photoshop
Are you looking of an app that you could mix and match themes already created?

ya ive found some cool server logos and charger icons on this detroit red wings theme i found but the icons and the backgrounds suck. ive tried to change it on winterboard but i cant figure it out so i pretty much just want to create my own.

the theme i found on my "rock' app but i was unable to find it on the rock website. its the only red wings theme on rock. all i want is the icons to be made default and for the background to be darker (like somesort of black or gun metal grey.)everything else on the theme was sweet though.
