Using Categories with Stacks

Alright so what I'm trying to do is get Stacks to work with Categories so that every Category has a stack associated with it. Also, is it possible to switch the fan and grid to just straight down... like a fan but without the curve. Lastly, does anyone know the location of a Stacks tutorial because when I installed it it screwed up alot of my stuff by picking icons I didn't want it to. Thanks in advance.

2 more things: when you install stacks on your phone-where does it go?
and is it possible to temporarily disable categories (sbsettings toggle) temporarily instead of having to go turn each one of individually?

I have no idea how you would associate categories or adjust how the fans curve with stacks but the readme for stacks v3 is:
