Requesting 2 lock screens- Will pay

I've payed for a theme on here before that I've requested. Now, I'm requesting 2 seperate lock screens..
First One, Enid Enforcer lockscreen. the website is Enid Enforcers When you visit the site, you see the logo pop up with Enid Enforcer below it, thats how I want the background to look. The colors are navy blue and gold. As for the slide image, I also want it to be the logo. and instead of slide to view, I want it to say Enid Enforcer #10

Second one, might be a little tricky. I want a lockscreen made for my flag football team. Were called Dynasty. the font and the colors are based on the Miami Hurricanes, Orange and green. Look it up if you dont know. I want the background to be orange with green letters that says Dynasty in there font. Here is a picture of our team shirts to get an idea. http://i46.tinypic.com/2lnd2er.jpg Then, seperating that and the next thing I will tell you, I want the Miami line that they put in there jerseys, under where it says Dynasty. To make it kind of replicate a Miami jersey, but with our words.
Under that, I want it to say the words "yeah,believe the hype" and somewhere else on the background, Id like for there to be #1 on it.
Then instead of slide to view, I want it to say Dynasty #1. The image you slide, I also want a #1 to slide, or just a cool arrow, thats green. Just make it look good!
