Charging screen wallpaper

Does anyone know how to change the wallpaper from black to an image on the phone charging screen?

As far as I know this isn't possible....though you would think there would be a way to theme this I have never heard of it.....i've seen many threads on it and have never heard a reply that works...

An extension that was going to let people theme their lockscreen's battery a little more than originally allowed. I ran into a wall with this one and couldn't quite finish it off; as a result, the handful of people with the beta are the only lucky people who have this running (it apparently runs fine on 3.0). This will eventually be merged into WinterBoard (I've been told); all I have to do is go over the code and send it to saurik. Which, given my inexperience when I wrote this, will be pretty painful. I do not plan on making the beta public in the meantime.
