Lost Transparent dock

One od the main reasons I started jailbreaking was to have the transparent dock.

Today messing around with smartscreen an other programs I have lost the transparent dock and can't get it back.
I have removed all the themes and customizaton and removed and reinstalled winterboard but to no avail.

Please help me get the transparent dock back.
