weatherwidget Help!

does anybody know what this weatherwidget is or where i can get it?

I not sure what that one in particular is, but I know that you can get the WbHd Weather Bundle (in Cydia) and use the WBApp (also in Cydia) to show the weather in the fourth row just like that.

Difference being that on the left instead of the time and date, I think it says the city and state.
