status bar
hey i want to edit a theme cuz its kinda messed up i wanna make the status bar that i have on my springboard to b the same as when i open an app how can i make that happen?

in winterboard there's an option called "solid status bar" which I think does what you're trying to get done..

There should be three files associated with the color of the status bar attached. The problem is the text color. Try it out here they are The image is very small it get streched across. Let me know if that is not what you wanted
There are three files there the first one it white
Default_BG
FSO_BG
FST_BG

thx jjma lol and u were rite the problem now is the text how do i change the text color for just the status bar if thats possible?

you can something in cydia changes it

HTML Colors
Look for FontColors on the Modmyi repo
I think it installes the different colors in to winterboard. If you want to pick a specific color I bet you can use the HTML numbers to get the right color You would have to SSH to the folder to change it

thx a lot can i also change the battery percentage and weather temp (from weather icon) with the plist file is so how?

i would install battery contron then it will be under the settings, there is also a weathericon that will update the icon and temp and give you option on the status bar

Hes looking to changing the font color of the battery percentage and what not I only put how to change the time since thats all I know how to change so far =/ sorry!

well i will look in to the color of the battery % but for the rest they are png files you would have to change the color in CS4 or like program

i dont think the weather icon is a png file for every degree

well it is in cydia under weatherinfo. Just search for weatherIcon under Modmyi repo. then look in settings main page it will be there.

on the status bar. Then just read post 8 and download it then look in the settins for that program and you will have it
