Looking for a custom icon template made

Iv tried but for the life of me cant create a custom icon that I want. Id like get a psd or vector file if possible so I can add what ever symbol I need to later. Im just looking for a template to work off of. What Im looking for is a Triangle icon like in the image below.

p.s - If you wanted I'm sure you could also download that PSP theme, then just search through the files for the icon, if you do but need help getting rid of the logo off it, let me know I'm sure I can edit it out =P
