    Default Settings \ General Icon

I was messing around replacing some icons and next thing I noticed was the General Icon in Settings was gone. Now I've been very careful not to delete anything and at first I thought it was me changing the Preferences icon in Applications, but checked my other phone and no problem. I did try to change what I thought was the apple boot logo "Apple-Logo.png" with my own boot and the apple stayed there.

Any idea what file I need to put back on my phone or where this file is located in the tree of folders in an iPhone?
