Createing Iphone theme help please

Hi im new here obviously so im not positive if this is where this belongs but i need to know how to create a iphone theme? preferbly a video theme and a slideshow theme, and i would like to know how to edit the sounds, im new to the iphone stuff so its all kind of a blur to me lol but i really want to learn how to do it, i also need to know how to add apps that i downloaded from here to my iphone, i know how to connect to my phone from pc but i have no idea what to do from there, Thank You to everyone who helps and who takes the time to read my noob post

there are people who invest lots of time into making a tutorial for all this stuff, and they explain this very well. lol you are jailbroken right?
some noob was complaining about themes when he wasent even jailbroken.

well you really have to use photoshop to make the icons.
but basically you download iphonebrowser (google it)then read Usage - iphonebrowser - iPhoneBrowser Usage and Guidelines - Project Hosting on Google Code
this should clear things up a little. im not really into app themeing, so someone else is gonna have to help you there.
