Adding new themes to downloads

Is there a how to somewhere for adding new themes to the downloads section or onto cydia?

I have a few things Ive made but just dont know what has to be done to share them as Im still learning about all of this.

any info on what I need or programs etc etc to share my work is greatly appreciated.

On the Silver header bar on the top of this or any page. Put cursor on "Cydia Apps" it will drop a menu and you'll find what you need.

Windows or Mac? WinRaR, 7 Zip and many others, Google will have many options.
