animated boot logo?
Hi guys!
topic is self explaining: is there any possibility of an anymated boot logo (by html or something) instead of that boring apple logo i would like a rotating apple logo or somethin similiar!

Well you can get different logo at boot with a custom IPSW but a moving one, that i look and see it cannot be done, but i not 100% sure

i got a custom ipsw. u know the directory where the logo is ? so i can try via SSH to change it

You have to add the custom logo when you create the custom IPSW.

its in the Springboard.app....which i think is var/stash/applications....the image i thought was called applelogo.png like below:

not.. it has to be added to the firmware (ROM) section. This area is only accessed during a restore/update. There used to be a program that would edit the ROM area, but it doesn't work anymore.

Nooooo, ur not listening....stop being hardheaded lol , create a custom
firmware with ur animated logo and restore and tell us if it works (doubt it)

Apple logo (boot up)
Any logo you put in place of this one will only show for about 1 second. You can not replace the Apple logo entirely as it is on the ROM.
/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/applelogo.png
found this along time ago so if its in the ROM good question for the Top Dogs

ahhhh sometimes noobs drive me CRAZY. first of all plz dont call it custom firmware call it jailbrake or jailbroken oor whatever. second of all you just google it for a tutorial. AGHHHHH
