Icons not appearing properly?

Today I downloaded the Illumine theme after I upgraded to 3.1 (had it working fine on 3.0, all icons working) and now once I apply it the icon's aren't appearing properly!
Look at screenshot for more information. This is the exact same theme I haven't touched it and it was working on 3.0



As you can see, the icon isn't the same as the one in the iPhone.
Please help

You must rename the icon exactly as the name of the app on the springboard: Assasin's

I done the bundles thing and put the same icon in there and it worked... there is no reason why it should be like that...
Any idea's why?
