problems with the keyboards

i have noticed that everytime i try and install a custom theme for the keyboard, it doesnt work when I go in and try and use it. is anyone else having this same problem?

If you are using 3.0 or higher the custom keyboard theme will not work. Saurik stated that he was no longer going to try to update that part of cydia.

Okay, there is no excuse for this question, since you are not a noobie with 130 posts. There are dozens of posts in which the same questions about the keyboards are asked. Is it really too much to ask to read the sticky posts in this very section? There is thread that explains the state of keyboard modding in FW 3.0. It's right above this stupid thread:
