Works for me, what theme are you using? Do you know how to look in the info.plist file and see if the color is set to transparent?

There should be a theme called "No Docked Icon Labels".
It's in the root of that theme. Or if iVillian has a info.plist file (in the root) you can just edit that one.
Look for the text:
<key>DockedIconLabelStyle</key>
<string>color:white; text-shadow: #000000 0px -1px 0px</string>
Change the color (white) to transparentLast edited by Simtech; 09-11-2009 at 01:56 PM.

You're doing something wrong. This works. Have you rebooted your phone?

You edited the info.plist file? Can you post the context?

Yes, that shows the undocked as white and the docked as transparent.
I have several themes setup like this and it works.
It the Time and Calendar showing?
Yo might need to reload winterboard and mobilesubstrate

I am having the same issue. If the above plist is correct, do you just save it to the main folder of the theme? I too can not get either docked or undocked theme to work. I changed the text. It worked for awhile. But when I downloaded a different theme (iComplete3) it stopped working. It was working with the StewieBundle3 theme.
I'll keep trying this as well or see if I can find another solution because most people seem to be having this issue, even after updates.
