Changing app icons

I want to change the app icons for Resident Evil 4,but I'm not sure how to,so I came for help.I know how to change an app icon,but the thing is with Resident Evil 4 is not the entire name of the app is shown on my springboard.It doesn't all fit in SBSettings either.So does anyone know the name to use to change the icon?Or does anyone know how to get the name?

make your icons wiggle and press the X like your going to delete it, it will bring up the name and how it is spelled.
