Winterboard doesnt change background?

Hey guys..um..my winterboard for some reason doesnt change the black background on my iphone..but it changes everything else..dock,icons,and so on..can anyone help me out a little here?

does the theme come with a background? or are you trying to use your own background? make sure everything in winterboard is in priority order from top to bottom.
