How do i mod the dock?



I want it to do what the dock in the middle is doing

Winterboard would be a good way for new people to theme. A better question would be what the theme name is. Do you remember where you found that picture?

You need to install five icon dock and find that theme

i got 5 icon dock. but i dunno what that theme is called. i got the picture from the Orbz theme thread. but that theme doesnt do this effect. its another add-on or something. i got the orbz theme pack so i know its not that, that changes the dock. but if anyone knows, let me know.
