change icons

hi everyone looked for the answer to this, but i am either stupid or not understanding, i am trying to change the app icons on my phone that do not change automatically, however i find the icon i want to change it to, but not sure which file to change as i have tried both icon.png and also default.png.......never works just stays the same, regards

which app are you trying to change?

hi, well it is a few apps really, but also for future apps i install, but it is hard to see which file needs to be replaced as when i go to view the .png files it does not show me the .png currently assigned, regards

They must be named exactly as they appear on the springboard and are case sensitive.
