How can I rearrange the icons on the status bar?

i.e. How can I all icons on the right hand side, but not carrier logo?

Basically what I want to do is move certain icons here and there. The icons on the status bar, such as the round loading icon (when loading internet data), battery position, date, time, carrier... and stuff like that.

I know it can be rearranged, because I've seen it in a theme, icons being moved around, but I can not remember which theme I was looking at.
I cant even remember if it was here on MMi or another forum.
