Might be due to not working on ipod touch.

Did you install the right one? iAccess OS3? See if it installed in your springboard.. Try to reinstall, i installed on 2 iphone 3gs and didn't get any errors.

I got it! even in landscape mode! but in potrait i am missing a return button and in landscape mode i am missing space bar and the return button. do you know how to make the letter white instead of black when you press a key?

iAcces 3.0 is all in Chinese so when you instruct us to open the app and go into the ALL section to turn everything off how are we supposed to figure that out?

Just "click" on all the options, the ON/OFF buttons are english so you can easily see that, and turn everything to off. And i ment all sections, not the section "ALL" go into every link and turn everything to off, except for the very first button on the main page.

I'm trying to figure that out myself. I think it's just an image file with 1 pixel of whatever color you want the keys to light up but i'm not sure.. i don't have too much time to mess around with it till the weekend.

Well unfortunately i figured out that the "character color" is inside the kb_base.dat file which i don't know how to edit.. It's also in the ini but editing or even deleting the ini does nothing.

iaccess just crashes constantly, it even killed my cyida. Good job on the work around but this app just pwns my iPhone. Beware, I almost had to restore to fix it. Took about 5 hrs of messing w my phone to get cydia back up!!!!!!

Hasn't happened to me. Might be an isolated issue you have, interfering with something else maybe?

id love to do this myself but.... without auto correct on my typing it would take me forever to send a text lol. im ALWAYS hitting "The key next door" Great find on a work around though. kudos to you

Not sure but it almost pwnd my 3gs and after fixing it I tried on my 2g 3.0 to see if it would work n it constanly crashes when trying to start it...

Ima just leave it be n wait till winterboard gets updated not worth the headache to me. But hey if it works for u awesome!!!

Yup same thing happened to me. Deleted iAccess Manually Via SSH to stop my 3GS from crashing.

It seems you guys are deleting important files from the iacces.app if you are having problems after changing the pictures.

You must only edit the images file and leave everything else intact.

Actually I hadn't even started messin w iaccess at all n the app itself crashed about 5 times b4 it opened. I then ssh n changed only 4 files all .png files rebooted had the keyboard looking ok. So I tried to open iaccess to turn off the other kybrds as the post said n it's kept crashing.

I tried to pull up cydia to delete n reinstall iaccess n it kept crashing and after about 5 hrs a bunch of ssh mobile terminal and rejailbreaking(no restoring thank god) I was finally able to delete iaccess and get cydia up n running.

Also I just str8 up installed iaccess on my 2g 3.0 no ssh or any alterations and it just repeatedly crashed. So I quickly deleted it b4 it pwnd cydia.

It's a hell of a find for those who don't run into problems but Ima just wait till winterboard gets updated for the kybrds. Don't wanna risk pwning cydia or my phone again.
