help, weird icon behaviour...

hi guys,

so i decided to make my own theme. first i read some turorials and it seems pretty easy. i started off by getting all default icons of apps i have installed on my iphone:

1. ssh to iphone
2. find / -name "?con.png"

this gives me a list of absolute paths to all icon.png/Icon.png. i then copied all those over to my desktop, including the parent folder, i.e. "/AppStore.app/icon.png" etc...

then in a batch i applied fixpng and flipchannels to all those.

NOW THE PROBLEM!

after the png fixing and channel flipping, like half of the icons look ok with round edges as they are supposed to - BUT the other half just looks flat and rectangular? has anyone a clue why this is? how come they dont look flat and rectangular in the first place on the iphone, but only after conversion?

anyone experienced with fixpng and flipchannels? although i dont think its their fault.

Yep. seems to be that all the non-standard apps have the background.
Don't know anyway around it.
