    I have looked thru all the INav in cydia and couldnt find it. Might be a custom one.

    i love those iNav themes, but for someone like me who changes their theme like three times a day, its too hard to set up. right now, since there arent a lot for 3gs, I'm just rockin the Macbook 3.0 theme, but those iNavs are truly gorgeous
