Uploading Icons

Anyone know where a step by step is for this? I tried for 3 hours last night and can't figure it out.

I have no idea where a phonedmg folder is, and most places said i needed one. I have all the icons i want to use i just don't know how to get them on my phone!

If your jailbroken you can simply SSH to your theme folder.
>private>var>stash>themes.*****(= letters & numbers) >your theme. Then drop them in the icon folder.
