how do i create blank icons with iblank?

so i downloaded iblank am trying to setup a theme that uses them, but how do i create these blank icons?

i dont see no app on springboard which allows it, i installed it on cydia how do i create them

It should show up on your springboard after you install it. Try reinstalling it; if that helps thank me!
