Taking icons from 2.2 WB theme to 3.0...icons getting cropped

I grabbed my theme folder off my old 2.2 phone and I'm trying to manually overwrite the icons for 3.0, but the icons are slightly off center and getting cropped at the edges.

What can I do to fix this?

if your manually putting the icons you'll need to resize your icons they need to be 60x60 anything larger will get cropped
