adding Hidef icon to iphone

Hi guys,
Kinda new at this, I have a 3G that is jailbroken and have winterboard installed. I saw an awsome springboard set up called Hidef Icons. I downloaded it but dont know how to add it to winterboard. Any ideas?

Download winsmc
Must have wifi for this to work!
Host: ur iphone ip address
user: root
password:alpine
copy folders into theme directory in ur phone
activate in winterboard

I got the same pack but and it shows up in Winterboard but it doesn't change any of my icons...
