Auto Resizing Icons [HELP]

Sorry if this isnt the right part of the forum to post this in.

I came across this video and I noticed that the icons that werent replaced with the Abeo theme were resized. After reading all the comments the author of the video said that the icons were automatically resized with the theme, they did not do that for me. Was there something else that changed the size of the other icons?
