Good Program
What's a good program for theme making on a PC?
Either free or for money.
I want to start theme making, and need a good start.Have they released the jailbreak in the app store yet?

It doesnt take any special program to put a theme together....
But...
To make all the images you'll need something like Photoshop (not cheap) or a decent free alternative is "Gimp".

i just thought that there might be some program that was designed for making themes.
what about a tutorial or somekind on getting started?
