After installing winterboard and SSH application, I was able to reload a version of the Honeycomb theme that I modified to my liking that I had saved before I updated. No problems. From what I've seen so far, most themes should work but dock themes like 5 icon and transparent are not at this time. I also tried a slider theme that works and a battery theme that I haven't tried plugging in my charger yet but I believe it'll work.

Better way to ask this is what is not working

- SMS
- Keyboard.

Everything else seems to be working fine for me on all my old themes.

one of my personal favs, good old reliable glasklart seems to be working perfectly

five icon dock is a tweak not a theme

that's good to know. I read that it wasn't working so I assumed when I should've looked into it a bit more. Thanks, I like the five icon dock option. In it goes!

Pretty much everything is working but for me the Default Wallpaper isnt working nor is the Background for SMS but the Bubbles are now working you just have to rename the Folder. Refer to this if you want your SMS Bubbles to work http://www.modmyi.com/forums/skinnin...ms-themes.html
