I remember the old animation wallpapers for the iphone that destroyed the battery of course. But my question is what format does an animated image have to be in for the iphone to display it?

how do you make that? I was hoping for something else

EDIT: The format is mp4 and I now know how to make one but how do you get rid of the black flash when the animation restarts? Anyone?
