In Call Buttons, Speaker?

Can anyone tell me whats up with this...
I made a folder named In Call Buttons, and inside that folder I made another folder named Folders and inside that folder I made another folder named MobilePhone.app. I put the png pics in the last. Here's the problem . All the png Pics are showing up EXCEPT "speaker". When you look at the display on screen, the speaker is called "audio source" so I named the speaker pic audio source but no luck.
Can someone please tell me how to get the speaker.png to show up??

First time for posting for help, Sorry.....

I figured out that if I had my Bluetooth on the speaker pic would not show so now.... Can anyone tell me what to name a pic to show up when bluetooth is active........
