I know how to and what size to make the backgrounds for my phone. The problem i am having is when i resize my pictures to the background size i am losing quality. The pixels look all jacked up. What i have been doing is going to Google,finding a rather large picture that i like and saving it to my desktop.Then i have been using pixresizer to resize my images and save them as .png
The pictures that i use are large so i when i resize they are made smaller than the original so i don't know why i am losing quality bc i am not stretching the picture. Am i not using a good program?? Or am i just doing something wrong?? Also where do people get the default pictures to put in the center of their icons such as calender,clock,safari,etc.
