/var/mobile/Applications The app folders all have names that are long random numbers and letters. If you open the folder you can then see what app the folder is for.

You download something called App Links from Cydia that places a folder in /var/mobile/App Links. With that it gives you the name of the app with a link to the appropriate folder. It helps if you have a lot of apps so you don't have to keep clicking each folder to see what is what.
