help with font

So I downloaded one of the Spring_Jumps themes from the "Show off your theme thread" and I was going to start creating my icons, but I've run into a bit of a hiccup. Whats the name of this font? and how can I get that effect on it? (see attachment). I'm a noob with photoshop, so any help is appreciated
