Help with my iYellow Theme.

I am working on my first complete theme. I have done a few other themes with the basics so I understand WinterBoard and using ssh. I am working on a couple of changes and can not figure out what the files are called and where they go, or if it's even possible to change.

The first is the icon for CyDelete in settings. I have tried many different bundle names, app names, and file names, but I can not seem to find where it goes.

The second is the text "ringer" that is on the top of the hud when adjusting the volume of the phone. I am trying to change the text color to yellow to match the rest of the hud. I have tried to find a png file, but I can't seem to find one. I have also tried messing with the plist file a little, but I don't much about making changes to it and I'm afraid to mess up the phone.

I have attached two screen shots so you can see what I am talking about.
