Help with Windows Per7ection Theme

I can't figure out how to get Windows Per7ection on my ipod touch. I can download it onto my computer but I don't know how to get it onto my ipod touch. I read to download openssh from cydia but I am unable to get it. Is there any way that I can put the theme on my ipod through a wired connection? Is there anything I need to download first from cydia? Tell me everything you can, I just jailbroke my ipod 3 days ago and am not very familiar with how to do things on it.

First you will need OpenSSH... without it wont work. Just type into the search window of cydia. Secondly you will definitly need winterboard (also available through cydia. When you have anything installed, you have to SSH into your touch with a SSH client for Mac or windows (for windows i recommend winscp). This is done via a wireless network. There you upload your theme into \var\stash\themes and activate it via winterboard. You should then be done. Tutorials on how to ssh into your touch can be found on the forums or all over the net if you have any further detailed questions don't hezitate to ask
