Hand Sketched Theme???

Hello Everyone,

I recently saw a theme I loved. I think it was just someones custom theme. It was a dark background with and sketched Icons for everything. Looked like white pencil on dark paper.

Does anyone know this theme? I have search for a few days now and cant find the thread it was in.

So I found this Link which is very similar to the one I saw on here, but this is not it. This one was on a black BG and I think was a little more scribbly, or rough...

Please help me out!
