Default Help: Damaged Favourites.app tabs/ Dialer?

    Hi, everyone!

I have a 1G iPhone, jailbroken via QuickPwn, and I recently downloaded several Winterboard themes from Cydia.

I was trying them out when I realised that several "default" graphics weren't showing any more- even when all themes are "unticked" in Winterboard.

The dialer/ keypad graphics don't show, and the Favourites.app bottom tab graphics (star, clock, contacts, keypad, spool) don't show– only text labels.

What is happening and how can I fix it?

    Thanks in advance...

Try downloading the "Default Theme" theme from Cydia and applying it.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I got an error popup:

    /var/cache/apt/archives/com.modmyiphone.default_2.7_iphoneos-arm.deb

    trying to overwrite
'/Library/Themes/.DS_Store', which is also in package
    com.hackthatifone.lifegons

    Whee!

Google revealed that "com.hackthatifone.lifegons" is a dialer theme that I'd installed a few days ago.

Removing it allowed me to install "Default Theme" from Cydia.

Enabling that default theme made no difference, though.

My bad. The default theme only replaces wallpaper and icons. Not sure if those images are in the mobilephonepackedimages.artwork file which is in the mobilephone.app folder. Id try and find a copy of that file and download it to your phone.

Well, when I looked, that file was... gone.
So I got hold of another copy and replaced it, and everything's back to normal.

I'm happy, but I still am perplexed. How the heck did it happen?

No-one mucks with the phone but me, and I certainly didn't do it.

In any case, I'm very grateful to you for your help!
