Someone please tell me where this file location is?

I'm looking change the color of the "Slide to Unlock" text. I searched and found some answers but it seems the directory everyone was talking about isn't on my phone. The thread was from 2007 so i'm assuming it has moved with the new firmware.

If someone can tell me where to place my PNG file to change the color of the illumination that would be great. Thanks

its called bottombarlocktextmask.png

or in System/Library/Frameworks/TelephonyUI.framework

TelephonyUI.framework is not in that directory. It is missing
